Description:

AVAILABLE - September 2026

The Night Pearl HH SEER mini-R is the HH SEER mini with a laser rangefinder built in. It mounts in front of your existing day scope — your zero and your reticle stay exactly where they are — and adds distance measurement out to 1,094 yards without a second device in your hand. That matters more on a clip-on than anywhere else: thermal flattens depth, and a clip-on setup gives you no independent way to judge range once the day scope’s parallax and known-size cues are gone. At 13.7 oz in a magnesium-alloy body, it carries the full HH SEER mini feature set: a 640×512 px, 12 µm VOx sensor with ≤15 mK NETD behind a 35 mm F/1.0 internal-focus lens, 1,970 yards of detection, RAV recoil-activated video with in-device slow-motion replay, and PAZ Precision Assist Zoom. Every unit ships factory pre-collimated.

A CLIP-ON THAT KNOWS THE DISTANCE

A CLIP-ON THAT KNOWS THE DISTANCE

Run a clip-on and you lose your usual range cues. The day scope’s parallax is set, the reticle subtensions no longer read the way they do in daylight, and thermal collapses depth into a flat plane — a hog at 150 and a hog at 300 look far more alike than they are. The mini R measures instead of estimating: one press, a reading out to 1,094 yards, in the same eyepiece you’re already looking through. No second device, no taking your hand off the rifle.

RAV — SEE THE SHOT AGAIN

RAV — SEE THE SHOT AGAIN

Recoil Activated Video starts recording before you knew you were going to shoot. The moment the rifle moves, the device saves the 7 seconds leading up to it and the 15 that follow. Play it back on the device — no phone, no app, standing right where you shot — and the critical window replays at 0.3× speed with a 50 % digital enlargement. You see where the animal was hit and which way it went. That is the difference between a recovery and a long night.

YOUR SCOPE. YOUR ZERO. STILL.

YOUR SCOPE. YOUR ZERO. STILL.

The mini R goes on the objective of the day scope you already shoot, so nothing about your rifle changes: same reticle, same turrets, same zero. Every unit leaves the factory pre-collimated, which in practice means little or no adjustment when you mount it on your own optic. Take it off at daybreak and you’re back to a day rifle in seconds — no re-zero, no confirmation trip to the range.

FACTORY PRE-COLLIMATED. EVERY SINGLE UNIT.

FACTORY PRE-COLLIMATED. EVERY SINGLE UNIT.

A clip-on only works if the thermal image sits exactly where your day scope is already looking. That alignment can’t be promised on a datasheet — it has to be set and verified on the individual device. Every unit goes across a collimator during quality control before it leaves the line. Not a sample from the batch. Every unit. That’s why most owners mount it in front of the scope they already trust and never touch the adjustment at all. If you ever do, the image moves in steps of 0.55 MOA — about half an inch at 100 yards, finer than most hunting rifles will group.

WIDE FIELD OF VIEW — 63 FT AT 100 YARDS

WIDE FIELD OF VIEW — 63 FT AT 100 YARDS

A clip-on narrows what you can see; a narrow clip-on narrows it twice. The HH SEER mini R puts 63 feet of ground in front of you at 100 yards, so you keep the situational awareness a day scope gives you in daylight. You see the animal you’re on and the one moving in behind it — the difference between taking a shot and taking the right shot.

BUILT TO BE OPERATED IN THE DARK

BUILT TO BE OPERATED IN THE DARK

A clip-on sits ahead of your scope, outside your line of sight, which means every control has to be findable by touch. The HH SEER mini R uses a manual OFF / ON / STANDBY switch instead of a press-and-hold sequence — the device is either running or it isn’t, and you can tell without looking. Standby keeps it warm and ready between sits without draining the battery. Glove-friendly, unambiguous, and nothing to get wrong at the moment it matters.

SHUTTERLESS. NO CLICK, NO BLACKOUT.

SHUTTERLESS. NO CLICK, NO BLACKOUT.

Most thermals recalibrate by closing an internal shutter — the image freezes for a moment and the device makes an audible click. It always happens at the wrong time: the animal steps out, the shutter fires, and you lose both the picture and the element of surprise. The HH SEER mini R calibrates without a mechanical shutter. No click, no frozen frame, no blackout while game is moving. It also means one less moving part to fail in cold, wet or dusty conditions.

RATED TO 12× — NOT 6×, NOT 8×

RATED TO 12× — NOT 6×, NOT 8×

Every clip-on has a ceiling: push your day scope past it and the thermal image starts falling apart into soft, blocky pixels. On the previous SEER generation that ceiling was around 6×, and most clip-ons on the market are recommended up to 6× or 8×. The HH SEER mini R is rated to 12×. That number isn’t marketing — it comes from the whole chain being matched: a 640×512 core, a Full HD display, a 30 mm effective eyepiece, and an image alignment step of 0.55 MOA. When every stage holds detail, magnification stops being the weak link. In practice it means you can run the scope you already own at the power you actually hunt at, instead of dialling down to keep the picture usable.

HH SEER mini-R — Compact Clip-On, Ranged

The Night Pearl HH SEER mini-R combines the 13.7 oz HH SEER mini platform with a 1,094-yard laser rangefinder. Full 640×512 performance, factory pre-collimated, ranged before the shot.
