Thermal Sights
Night Pearl built its first thermal sight in 2016, and we've been refining the idea ever since — toward optics you can trust the shot to. The team behind the brand proves it the hard way: after assembly, every sight is checked on a military-grade alignment instrument, hammered on recoil test stands, and confirmed live on the range. Not a sample — every unit. Because a sight has one job: to work, without drama, every time you raise the rifle.
Night Pearl thermal sights are built for hunters who demand performance when the light runs out. The HH series carries a 640×512 core at ≤15 mK with a 1,090 yd laser rangefinder and onboard ballistics; HARPIA is thermal shaped like a riflescope — Koncern design, Crystal Vision image, magnification on a true rotary ring. Every sight is Czech-engineered, assembled under obsessive QC and backed by a 3+2 year warranty with US service in Sarasota, FL. Pick the sensor, lens and handling that match your hunt.
THE SHOOTER COMES FIRST
Alignment bench, recoil stands, live fire — every sight earns its box before it ships.

How to choose a thermal sight
Sensor class sets the ceiling
Resolution and NETD decide what you can identify, not just detect. A 640×512 core at ≤15 mK keeps detail in humid air where lesser sensors wash out; ≤20 mK is the strong middle. No menu setting adds back what the sensor didn't capture.
Optical beats digital — when it's really optical
Digital zoom enlarges pixels; optical zoom bends light, so detail survives magnification. True optical zoom is rare in thermal — check which one a spec sheet means before you compare numbers.
Recoil is the spec nobody prints honestly
A thermal sight lives on a rifle and takes every shot with it. Electronics can't fix a housing that shifts — ask how a maker verifies zero retention. Ours go through recoil stands and live fire, every unit.
Zeroing is electronic — and easy
No turrets: fire a group, freeze the image, move the reticle to the point of impact. One shot can do it. What must be mechanical is the mount and the housing — that's where the zero actually lives.
Then pick your character
HARPIA handles like the day scope you grew up with — riflescope proportions, rotary zoom ring, Crystal Vision image. HH is the working toolkit — rangefinder, ballistic calculator and optical zoom in a housing built for fence lines. Same QC bench behind both.
Rangefinder + ballistics
1,090 yd LRF and an onboard calculator — range, hold, send.
Design worth mounting
Koncern-designed in the language of our RED DOT-awarded Manul day scopes.
Day-scope handling
Rotary zoom ring and controls where instinct expects them. No menu diving at 2 a.m.
Thermal sights — frequently asked
A dedicated sight if the rifle lives in the dark — everything onboard, nothing to mount at dusk. A clip-on if you want your day rifle converted without touching the zero. See the HH SEER clip-ons.
HARPIA if design and day-scope handling decide. HH if you want the rangefinder, ballistic calculator and optical zoom in a body built for hard work. Same warranty, same QC.
Electronically — fire a group, freeze, move the reticle to the point of impact. The housing and mount keep it there; ours are verified on recoil stands and live fire before shipping.
Yes — thermal reads heat, not light, so daylight doesn't harm the sensor. Just never point any thermal optic at the sun.
